TLG Takes Home Team of The Year - Energy

TLG is thrilled to be awarded the Team of the Year for Energy, at the Hong Kong Business Management Excellence Awards Dinner 2026.
 
The Lantau Group was honoured to attend the Hong Kong Business Management Excellence Awards dinner on 11 February 2026, where we received the “Team of the Year – Energy” award. The event brought together leaders from across Hong Kong’s business community to recognise excellence in management, innovation and organisational impact.
 
The award was accepted on behalf of the firm by colleagues from across our regional offices, reflecting the truly international nature of our work. Attendees included David Fishman from the Shanghai office; Paul Buckland, Ashim Basnet and Oscar Ng from the Hong Kong office; and David Broadstock from the Singapore team.
 
This recognition highlights the significant progress The Lantau Group has made in recent years by embracing decentralisation as a core part of how we operate. By breaking down traditional communication and innovation silos, we have strengthened collaboration across countries and teams, ensuring that our work is informed by diverse perspectives and deep local expertise. Multi country collaboration is now central to how we deliver insights, support clients, and tackle complex challenges across the energy sector.
 
The award also reflects the successful introduction of our quarterly market subscription services, which enable our clients to get structured electricity sector insights and deeper analyses delivered to them each quarter. These services have enhanced how we communicate with clients and stakeholders, while broadening engagement across the energy sector and reinforcing our role as a trusted source of analysis and thought leadership.
