Sonia Tan is an analyst in our Shanghai Office.  She brings with her experience in researching the policy impact on energy sector and data analytics skills.  Sonia holds an MCEPA from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, USA, and a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of York, UK.  She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
