James Stovall has a multi-market focus on the energy sector, electricity tariffs, and commercial intelligence in support of C&I end-users aiming to actively manage their energy supply in APAC. He plays a program management role for segments of TLG’s End-User Energy and Sustainability service and Global Tariff Benchmarking programs. Prior to joining TLG, James was Managing co-director of the nuclear energy-focused consultancy Nicobar Group in Shanghai providing policy analysis, market entry, and supply chain development for foreign firms seeking to do business with state-owned enterprises (SOEs). He holds a dual BA from Western Kentucky University in International Relations, Asian Religions and Cultures; and Spanish and Latin American Studies. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. .
