Chak Wa is an analyst based in our Shanghai office, with a background in public policy and innovation research. She excels in conducting policy analysis and literature reviews, writing research summaries, and creating simulation models.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
