Anton is a lead consultant based in TLG’s Manila office. He is a policy and economics professional with experience across international development organizations, including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Development Programme, and various USAID-funded projects. His work focuses on energy policy, natural resource governance, public finance, and political economy analysis in the Philippines. Anton has advised senior government officials on energy transition, tax reform, and regulatory policy, and has produced data-driven research supporting reforms in the energy sector, domestic resource mobilization, and local governance. Anton holds a BSc in Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman in Philippines. He speaks fluently in English and Tagalog.
