Lex is an analyst based in our Philippines office, bringing experience from the Department of Energy’s Renewable Energy Management Bureau where he covered renewable energy policy development, compliance monitoring, forecasting, and renewable energy market participation analysis. He has developed data analysis tools and technical reports that support policy implementation and executive decision-making. Lex holds a Master of Management from the University of the Philippines Baguio and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University, Philippines. He is fluent in English and Tagalog.
