Leo advises the Group on strategic initiatives. He is responsible for special projects that enable TLG to anticipate and respond to client needs intuitively, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Leo holds degrees from the Universities of Oxford (MA) and Reading (PhD), is a Global Research Fellow at the Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies, and an Associate Professor at the University of New Haven. He has numerous publications and was editor of Energy Relations and Policymaking in Asia, published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2016, and of TLG’s first book, China’s Electricity Sector, published in 2018.
Leo is a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager.
