Kok Fung Lee is a consultant in our Malaysia office with over five years of experience. He specialises in strategy development, business case modeling, and operating model development for both public and private sector companies, both locally and globally. Recently, he was involved in establishing a project management office (PMO) for various business functions for a large-scale greenfield company in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he contributed to identifying the investments and impacts of new EV initiatives for a local EV association to drive the overall adoption of EV supply and demand. His skills include business case modeling, data analysis, roadmap development, and creating business models and strategies. Kok Fung holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Econometrics and Business Statistics from Monash University, Kuala Lumpur, and is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese.
